God is the Creator of all living things on earth. A lion wild as we know but it has a heart to know who is truly good to him and who took care of him when he was small, he felt the human love that touched him and he remembered, this is what amazing and wonderful, even among wild animals, we can see the greatness of our Creator, His signs and wonders. Glory to God.
John bulbuk commented on May 28, 2013:
The video was an awsome display of endearing love and the rewards that it brings when it is given to all of Gods creatures

I have viewed this video many times and it never fails to touch my heart. I cry just as hard at each viewing as I did the first time. Animals do love and if not people, they love their offspring as much as we do as parents. Animals remember those who have been good to them and definitely those who have hurt them in some way. They pick up on our feelings and a companion animal knows when you are sick, sad, anxious and will try to comfot you with a purr or a dog will put their head in your lap. I believe God made them to give us comfort and friendship and laughter. We have a duty to help them when needed. This world would be boring without the songs of the birds and the noises of nature. What would the world be without love?

We have much to learn from animals. If you do not shed a tear with this video you are neither human nor animal.
Renee commented on March 25, 2013:
I watch this video all the time. To mean it confirms that God has created us all man, beasts, birds, etc. and that sometimes pure love does conquer all. I am just blessed by this video each time I watch it. I also checked it out on YouTube and there are other videos confirming this story. Thanks for having this posted.

I replayed this video over and over and every time I cried tears of joy especially when they were reunited with Christian and his family! This indeed is a love story beyond compare to anything I've ever seen or heard of or read about in all my life! I have such a deep love for the African lion and pray that they will “Never” ever become an extinct species! With God's help I hope we (humans) will put a stop to “ALL” senseless and cruel extermination to not only the lions, but to “ALL” of God's creations including our own species (the human race)! If we all can remember from reading the Bible that God created man and gave man charge over the other animals. Meaning, man was to watch over and protect, not exterminate! We were to be good stewards of all of God's creations!

This story about the reuniting the lion named Christian with humans he was with early on just goes to show you that when someone says, "never" don't believe it. This video shows how wrong people can be. You have to find out for yourself. It's the same if you go along with something you don't believe can be true. Check it out in your Bible and you will see the truth right from God's word. Thank you for sharing this. I was so blessed.

Mike, the animal videos opened up my heart and made me weep. I am not a weeper that often, but I could not help myself. God gave man power over the animal kingdom and man has not done it's duty well. Just imagine what we could accomplish with animals if we truly loved them as God intended us to do. Thank you Mike for all you do for humanity. I wish I were responding to you as Mr. President !!!!
suzy commented on January 27, 2013:
Let's not forget George Adams as he was the one who introduced Christian back into the wild. He loved Africa and the wild lions . George and his wife Joy spent their lives with the lions and they were both killed by Man. Man is the worst animal on the planet.

People so often underestimate to power of love shown by supposedly wild animals. when you raise anything with love, it is always remembered and even when these magnificent animals are in their own enviornments, love is never forgotten. It is mankind that takes advantage and hurts sjust to hurt!

It is so....true about the Love. I've seen this video before but made me cry again. I can almost feel for the Lion what he felt, missing so much, and so.. glad to see his buddy. Even the wild Lion can show the love and remembered the owner. Something for us humans to learn the value.
Louise Bowman commented on December 22, 2012:
The Lion video reveals that animals have what we think are only human traits. Not so. It would be hard to tell who felt the deepest about their past friendships with each other. Loved to see this.

Masayo commented on June 29, 2012:
I've seen this video on T.V. a while ago and made me cry. This time again, it made me cry. The wild animals should be in a wild world but they too can develop something to bond with humans. In order to connect with the wild animals, human must have the true understanding of the animals, then, if only then, God may give a chance to get to know them. If the wild animals are used for humans' own benefit or abused, they'll turn on humans one day. It is the God's law of nature. God tells us to enjoy all the different species he created but do not forget to respect all.

Mary Jeanne Patrick commented on June 29, 2012:
The Lord's divine agape love surpasses time and space. Both people and the Lord's creatures can express divine love. I cried tears of joy when I saw this video. I have been privileged in my lifetime to experience the Lord's love through some people and some of God's creatures. It is true today many people are growing cold with their love. The Bible states this will take place in the latter days. It is up to each of us to on purpose look to demonstrate and to recognize the Lord's agape love. On purpose we, that includes me of course, need to show the Lord's love to both people and God's creatures.
Jacob commented on June 29, 2012:
No one in need of my love and i do not love any one... or i never felt of giving love....
Thoth commented on March 20, 2012:
A very nice story. However, I find videos that have a written script across the screen and very loud music very annoying as you can't get to focus on the actual video.!!! Why not voice over the words instead of the music. It allows for a more enjoyable spatial experience.

Cheri commented on January 24, 2012:
This brought tears to my eyes, as I watched the love and gratitude of a wild animal towards a couple who rescued and nurtured him. I know that domesticated animals have much affection for their owners because I experienced it with my dogs, Tosha and Buddy; and cats Franky and Sweet Pea. But I never heard of a wild animal, especially a Lion having these emotions. I guess Love and respect begets Love and respect even in the wild. Of course I think this Lion was an exceptional Lion, and could express his Love in a way that humans can understand. Such a beautiful video/story....thank you for sharing.
Ben commented on January 23, 2012:

This is amazing. Love is after all possible. If it can be possible between animals and human beings, why not among different races. Surely, if we stop unhealthy competition we can achieve more. It is possible to love after all.

Masayo commented on January 21, 2012:
I agree with Pearl. We all should learn the concepts of this story that learn to love one another. However, wild animals are born to be wild and their instincts may turn suddenly. It is not all of them will but we have to be aware of differences between the wild animals and humans. God made birds to fly and if a bird cannot fly, the bird is not happy. Flowers have colors and no color flowers are not so enjoyable. God made human to be image of God but very small number of people practice the image of God thus unhappy people are the majority. It is so simple order of nature but because of human mind not being used under God's instruction, we created this human world.
Col Harinder Singh Attari commented on January 21, 2012:
A great story very well videographed.
Vrinda commented on January 21, 2012:
Overwhelming! We all need to understand power of true love, when an animal can understand Y we human are deprived of it.
Joseph Xavier commented on January 21, 2012:
I was moved by the love the Christian showed to those who looked after him when they were young. I understand that the animals are better than humans in remembering a good deed done to them and are more grateful than many of the humans. Yet another thing that struck me was that when you love some do not feel shy to show it. That is how we grow into more mature persons.
Cindy commented on January 21, 2012:

Just as houses and buildings are made of bricks, similarly the fibre of entire infinite existence is LOVE. Without love it is mere stagnation and ugliness..the hell. LOve is God, love is life.Love what you have and love what you are doing...love yourself. love the existence...it's is all godliness, the Love, nothing else.

How thriling - excited that couple must have been. It showed a bit of that as they 'wrestled' in a spirit of love. It brings to mind when in the Bible it tells of the time when the 'leopard will lie down with the goat, calf and lion and a little child will lead them'. (Isaiah 11:6)
