Jango the Praying Dog

Did you thank God for your food today? Jango did! Not only that, this sweet puppy asked God to help him listen to his Master — something we all need to do, right? Share this with your children and friends. It will make them smile, and remember not to chase the neighbor’s cat too! :)

And I thought people would think that I was crazy, my dog, we pray every time I feed him, and he will not eat until we say the prayer, my soul smiles and it's sooo cute, he will not touch that food until we are done with the prayer and then, I have to say,get it boo. I thank God for my Baby boo.

Shirley, I'm in Delaware County, Pa. A place called Aston, Pa., I'm in dire straits trying to find someone to help me after I get my knee replacements (both knees), and come home from rehab. So when alone with Jesus, please whisper my name to Him. I need all the prayers that I can possibly get. I feel so totally helpless right now, I just came out of the hospital from black mold poisoning from December 15th 2011 to January 9, 2012. I was in isolation and alone both at the hospital and home. It was difficult, but this isn't the place or the time to talk about it. I'm just terrified. Thank you so much for praying for me, it means so much!!!!!! God bless you! Ann

My dear christian friend Jim: What a delightful, pleasant, unexpected surprise reading your posting on here. I'm so honored that if you get a daschsund pup that you will name her "Lola." Never in my life has anyone ever given me such a high honor. I'm going to be 65 yrs. old in December, and I have two lab/chow/miniature collies (more like ponies) and two cats. Thank God for them everyday. I'm very ill, and they have been a God send to me. I live alone and need two knee replacements. But I need to get things done before the surgery in and out of the house. Wish I had a handyman around,as there is much to be done. Plus I will be alone when I get out of rehab. So I'm trying so hard to stock up on supplies, etc. That being said, thank you for thinking of naming your future dachsund pup after me. Let me know when that happens. Good luck and God Bless. Lola

I'm a new OLD CHRISTIAN (age 75) & was Baptised this past Easter. Since then God's Bounty has flowed to me. I feel better and have more energy than I did at 40. It's just my dachsund & me here & when I do my daily devotional she becomes very quiet & stares at me from her bed on the couch. When I'm finished she sits up & expects me to go to her to get my 1st, and there are many, kissing & licking love ins. We pray for ALL PEOPLE, saved & unsaved, as Lola does. Who am I to leave anyone out? If I had been ommitted from my friend's prayers I wouldn,t belong to God today. My Ruby became very ill recently & I was led to a Christian veterinarian who saved her. God's arms truly enfold us. I'm thinking of getting a dachsund pup. If I do, her name will be Lola.

Oh....so lovely. God gave us dogs and cats as domestic so that we can enjoy their unconditional Love. Teaching good manners and good behavior is good thing for both the owner and his/her companion. Be kind to your dogs and cats will be the return of their unconditional Love which we humans don't have. Dogs and Cats are special gift from God to humans who lack of what they posses.
Lola commented on August 17, 2012:
How could showing such a lovely video get so out of control and make people's tempers rise? We should not do any name calling. I know that at times our tempers rise, but lets have them rise for a better reason then a man and dog praying and thanking God for food. It was a sweet video with sweet words. At least we have one sincere man praying to God about a simple meal...even if its with his dog. Remember, God died on the cross for us between two sinners, and He forgave them. He forgave us all for all the sins that we commit. Remember Jesus said: "Father forgive them they know not what they do." Calm down, let's not make ourselves sick and have our blood pressure rise over a video of man and beast praying together ever so humbly and with love.
merrilyn commented on August 17, 2012:
Yes we should be human enouf to appreciate the creatures of God and that includes respecting each other and stop name calling. And as Christian we should not wish anyone to hell, our heavenly Father does not. Thank you.
Marion commented on August 17, 2012:
What a beautifully trained dog.To say grace and thank God for the food he was about to eat and his master.I loved it.We should all thank God for the many bounties He gives us.Thank you Jango! Marion
RASETSU commented on August 17, 2012:
and to think your name is attributed to CHRIST... shut up Cristina and just go to hell where you belong you worthless piece of crap!!!
RASETSU commented on August 17, 2012:
Hey why don't I attribute you to the class of EVIL PEOPLE and TREAT YOU LIKE A DEMON AND CURSE YOU 'TIL SATAN GETS YOU BODY AND SOUL AND TAKES YOU INTO THE DEEPEST DARKEST RECESSES OF HELL! SHUT UP!
DOTTIE MEYER commented on August 17, 2012:
that was wonderful praise god
Lola commented on August 17, 2012:
You sound like a very bitter and hateful person. Too bad that you can't enjoy what God has created both in man and in creatures. I would rather see this video, then a video where "a christian is shot, hurt or maimed, by another so called christian." At least this man (and perhaps he is alone)he finds the comfort of praying to God with his beloved pet. What is so harmful and wrong about that. At least the man isn't out doing something evil. I hope you change your attitude about man and beast.
CRISTINA commented on August 17, 2012:
