There is supposedly an old Indian saying that during the 6 days of creation God didn't create the dog. He already had one. I wonder if it's a coincident that 'dog' is the reverse spelling of "God", since the only presence that can love us more than our dogs is God?

Tears racing down my cheeks. I was so moved while watching the video. Yes, I can see the bond between the owner/soldier and the dog is so tremendous even after a year of being away from each other. Oh please God I wish all dogs have owners like him. It hurts me so much when owners abuse their pets.

I've seen this before but again, it made me cry and smile at the same time. Dogs are like kids, they remember the smell of dad, voice, and recognize him even he's been away for a long time. It is heart warming seen and I never get tired watching this video.

The video was AWESOME I truly believe animals, (dogs especially are a gift from God. A little taste of what unconditional love is ..calming us, making us live longer, healthier lives, healing us faster, lowering our blood pressure . Improving our over all out look. God is so awesome...can hardly wait to see His face. Thank you for your uplifting web site..a positive in the otherwise negative world.

I am so touched by the fact that I can see such great bonding between the soldier and his dog. Even after one year apart, the friendship between them has not changed. Just like our Lord Jesus Christ who loves us so much to the point of dying for us - yesterday, today, forever Jesus is the same. I have a Welsh Corgi called Rocky and he greets me with much enthusiasm every time I come home from work. He'll be madly dashing in and out of the house. Sometimes he will come to my table when I'm busy typing on the computer and give me a nudge and sit at my feet, as if to remind me of his presence.
